How you use it in your business

Set up the farm onceYou open the ROI Acreworks file, enter your business license key, then your farm name, location and frost dates. You add your fields, plantings and animals. Everything is stored on your device, and it keeps working with no signal.
Start the morning on the DashboardYou open the Dashboard and read the Needs attention list: overdue tasks, animals in drug withdrawal, vaccines and births coming due, low stock and spray restrictions, next to the weather, water use and the month's net.
Log it where it happensYou record a planting by field, a scouting visit against its threshold, a spray with its REI/PHI timer, a vaccine or a treatment with its withdrawal date. Each one lands in the right place, and the timers count down for you. State rules vary, and it is records and reference, not legal, tax, veterinary or medical advice.
Harvest, trace and sellYou log the harvest and it gets a lot code that ties back to its field, seed lot and sprays and forward to the customers who bought it. Nursery stock goes on the availability list with size, quantity, price and status, and you print a branded retail or wholesale list or export a CSV.
Keep the money straightYou enter income and expenses by Schedule F category, track mileage, and open the 2026 Tax Center when it's time. Then you print the reports your accountant wants and back everything up to a single file.
