KardinalEye

You draw the job on the aerial photo, and KardinalEye turns the feet into yards, tons, posts and panels, priced from your own book.

You open KardinalEye, pull up the property on a sharp 1-ft USGS aerial photo, and draw the slab, the trench or the fence line right on it. Add a depth and the area becomes cubic yards; draw a fence line and the posts, bags and panels show up at your spacing. The measuring wheel stays in the truck. It understands.

How you use it in your business

  1. Open it once, then it works offlineYou open KardinalEye in Chrome or Edge on Windows, Linux or Android (not Apple devices), enter your business license key, and add your company, your logo and your price book. After that it opens with or without a signal, and one key covers every user and device at your business.
  2. Pick the job type and drawYou pick the job type, say fencing or concrete, pull up the property on the 1-ft USGS aerial photo and draw the lines, areas and counts. Each job type has its own map colors, and the lengths, areas and counts show up as you draw. You confirm on site before you order materials.
  3. Watch the feet turn into materialsYou add a depth and the area becomes cubic yards, tons or gallons. A trench line gives you trench yards and bedding stone. A fence line gives you posts at your spacing, concrete bags and panels or rolls.
  4. Price it from your own bookYou price the job from your own materials, labor hours and crews, with waste, packages, overhead and profit. The 157 starter items carry no prices until you set them, every number shows its math, and the scope check points at misses.
  5. Get it signed and track it to paidYou send Good / Better / Best options, the customer signs on screen, and the proposal gets a tamper seal and a Doc ID. The won job moves across the build board from scheduled to paid, with invoices, payments, job costing and warranty dates.
