ROI SolarStrike

You pick the real panel, it lands on the roof at its true size, and every kilowatt-hour and every part is worked out in ROI SolarStrike.

You open ROI SolarStrike, find the address on public aerial imagery and trace each roof face with its own pitch and direction. You pick the real panel model and it lands on the roof at its datasheet size, so you see what fits before anyone climbs a ladder. When the homeowner asks "how do you know?", the answer is on one screen. The spreadsheet can take the rest of the year off.

How you use it in your business

  1. Open the file and set your pricesYou open the ROI SolarStrike file in Chrome, Edge or Firefox on Windows, Linux or Android, enter your business license key, and put in your company details and prices. Everything stays on your own device, and one key covers every user and device at your business.
  2. Trace the roofYou find the address on public aerial imagery and trace one plane per roof face, each with its own pitch and direction. You confirm pitch, setbacks and code requirements on site; your fire marshal and utility have the final word.
  3. Drop in the real panelsYou pick the panel model and it lands on the roof at its datasheet size, drawn for that face's pitch. Auto-fill keeps the setbacks and clears the vents, and each panel shows its own yearly kilowatt-hours, minus the tree shade on that panel.
  4. Draw the conduit runYou trace the conduit run on the map. Every stick, strap, coupling, elbow and foot of wire lands on the materials list at your prices, with the racking, inverters, breakers and labor.
  5. Show the homeowner the mathYou walk the homeowner through power used on site at the retail rate and power fed to the grid at the export rate, year by year for 25 years, with loan payments, IRR and payback shown as estimates. The proposal carries your company's name, and the deal, its tasks and follow-ups sit in your pipeline.

Your first 90 days

Day 1
Start the free 7-day demo and design one roof you're quoting: trace the faces, pick the panel, let auto-fill place it.
You have: One roof with every panel at its true size and its own kilowatt-hours worked out.
Days 2-7
Draw the conduit run on that roof, set your utility's rates and build the 25-year view for a real deal.
You have: A full materials list at your prices and an on-site vs. grid breakdown the homeowner can follow.
Days 8-30
Buy a 30-day or 1-year key (one key covers every user and device), enter your company details and prices, and load your open deals into the pipeline with CSV import.
You have: Proposals in your company's name and every open deal, task and follow-up in one pipeline.
Days 31-60
Run every new quote through it and send roof reports or DXF, JSON and CSV exports to whoever needs them.
You have: A roof report with squares, pitch and edge lengths for each design, and exports for your team.
Days 61-90
Send a roof report with squares, pitch and edge lengths with every proposal, back up with one click, and buy your next 30-day or 1-year key when yours ends.
You have: A roof report with every proposal you send, and a backup file of every design and deal. Nothing renews by itself.
