Walter Team Suite

Your whole team, one tap away: a page for every person, and one admin you run them all from.

Your main website keeps doing its job, and right alongside it every agent, producer or tech on your team now has their own page, with a request button that lands on that person's own phone. Your customers wanted their person all along. Bad news for the general inbox: it just lost its job. You're welcome.

$4,777/yr (list $9,777) or $477/mo with a 6-month minimum

How you use it in your business

  1. A new hire startsYou open your admin, add their name, phone and email, and their page is live. You switch on "Can edit own page" and they keep their own photo, bio and services fresh from then on.
  2. A customer meets your agentThey scan the QR code on your agent's desk sign, or your agent taps an NFC card to their phone. The page opens, they tap Save to Contacts, and the next call goes to the same person instead of the front desk.
  3. A request comes inThe customer taps the request button, picks a topic and adds a note or a photo. It goes from their own phone to that person's text or email. Nobody forwards anything, and nothing waits in a shared inbox.
  4. Someone moves onYou retire their page in one click from the same admin. Your customers stay with the team, and if that person comes back, their page comes back in a tap.
  5. You have newsOnce push notifications are switched on for your team, you write a title and a short message in your admin and send it to everyone who turned on push notifications, or only to one person's followers (iPhone customers add the app to their home screen first). It also stays in the inbox on your site so customers can scroll back.
