Who we are

Web Masters LLC (dba ROI Systems and ArrowEye Systems), Conway, Arkansas. Contact: harrison@arroweyesystems.com.

What we collect and why

Business contact information (business name, public business email, phone, website, city/state) from public sources: the business's own website, OpenStreetMap, and our own business directory records. We use it to send one introductory business email about a product that fits the business. Source of each record is kept.
What you send us: demo requests, replies to our emails, and support messages.
Purchases: name, email, billing address and payment details are collected by Stripe; we receive the name, email, billing state/country, product and amount (never your card number).
License activation: licensee name, the device's Machine ID (a random code the app creates) and the time of activation.
Website logs: standard request data kept by our host (Cloudflare) for security.

Our apps store your work on your own device and do not send it to us.

What we don't do

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not use tracking pixels in our emails, and we do not send text messages or make automated calls to people who haven't asked us to.

Your choices and rights

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe; we stop within one business day (the law allows 10). You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to opt out, by emailing harrison@arroweyesystems.com; we answer within 45 days. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have these rights under their state law; we will not discriminate against you for using them. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority.

Retention

Prospect records are deleted or anonymized 24 months after the last contact, except that unsubscribe records are kept permanently so we never contact you again. Purchase and tax records are kept as long as the law requires (generally 7 years).

Security

Data is stored with Cloudflare (D1, R2) and Stripe, encrypted in transit, with access limited to the business owners through password sign-in.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We will post changes here with a new version date.
