1. About these terms

These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of this website, operated by Web Masters LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company doing business as ROI Systems and ArrowEye Systems ("we", "us"), Conway, Arkansas. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Business customers

Our software and services are offered to businesses and to adults acting for a business. By requesting a demo or buying, you confirm you are at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you name.

3. Software licenses and subscriptions

Use of each software product is governed by that product's End User License Agreement (EULA), which you accept before the product opens. Paid licenses are subscriptions of $100 per month per product that renew automatically until cancelled, as described in our Subscription & Cancellation terms. If these Terms conflict with a EULA, the EULA controls for that product.

4. Demos

Browser demos are provided for evaluation for 7 days, as-is, and may be limited or watermarked. Demo data stays in your browser and can be lost when you clear browser data.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break security or license checks, no automated scraping that burdens the site, no unlawful, infringing or harmful content in forms, and no use of the site to send spam.

6. Accuracy and descriptions

We work to describe products accurately. Screenshots and descriptions illustrate typical use; features can change as products are updated. Prices are in US dollars, and sales tax is added where required.

7. Payments

Checkout is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.

8. Intellectual property

The site, the products, their names and the ArrowEye mark belong to Web Masters LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as a EULA allows.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE. Product-specific limits are in each EULA.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days by writing to the other. Venue is the state or federal courts located in Faulkner County, Arkansas, except where the law gives you a different right.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here with a new date.
