Subscription & Cancellation

Summary: Each software product is the monthly price shown on its product page and at checkout, charged in advance, and renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime from the "Manage subscription" link in any receipt email or by emailing harrison@arroweyesystems.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. Sales tax is added where required.

Price and billing

Paid licenses cost the monthly price shown on each product's page and at checkout, billed through Stripe on the day you subscribe and on the same day each month after that. Each payment keeps your license key active for one more month. Your order summary at checkout shows the price, any sales tax, the renewal frequency and how to cancel before you pay.

Free demo

Every product has a 7-day browser demo. The demo is free and does not turn into a paid subscription by itself; you are only charged if you choose "Buy now" and complete checkout.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. You will receive a receipt email for every charge.

How to cancel

Online: open any receipt email and use the "Manage subscription" link (the Stripe customer portal) to cancel in a few clicks.
By email: write to harrison@arroweyesystems.com from the email used at checkout and ask us to cancel; we confirm by email.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. You keep access until then and are not charged again.

Refunds

Fees already paid are non-refundable and there are no partial-month refunds, except where the law requires otherwise. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it promptly.

Price changes

We will email you notice before any price change takes effect, with time to cancel before the new price applies.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout and added where required by the state you buy from.

Services

Some done-for-you services listed on this site are sold through their own Stripe checkout pages at the price shown. The terms of those purchases, including any renewal, are shown on the checkout page before you pay.
