Summary: Each app is licensed per business with a 30-day or 1-year key. A key is a one-time payment and never renews automatically; you are not charged again unless you choose to buy another key. Your key is emailed as soon as payment clears. Sales tax is added where required.

The price on the product page and at checkout is the price you pay. Checkout is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

One license per business

A key covers every user and every device at the business named on the key. It is never priced per seat. Keys may not be shared with another business.

Free 7-day demo

Every app has a free 7-day demo that runs in your browser. The demo never turns into a paid purchase by itself. When you buy a key you can paste it into the demo and it unlocks the full app on that device, keeping the data you entered.

Delivery

After payment clears we email your license key and a download link for the licensed app. One key covers your whole business on every device. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam or email us and we will resend it.

No automatic renewal

Keys do not renew and nothing is charged again automatically. About a week before a key ends we email you a link to buy the next key if you want to keep using the app. If you do nothing, the app locks when the key ends and your data stays on your device.

Refunds

First-key 30-day money-back guarantee: for each product, the first paid key your business buys is refundable in full if you ask within 30 days of purchase. Email harrison@arroweyesystems.com from the address used at checkout. We refund to the original payment method within 10 business days, and the refunded key is deactivated. One guarantee per business per product. Pilot fees and founding-customer purchases are covered only as stated in their own written terms. Other payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it promptly.

Your data

The apps store your data only on your own device. We never receive it. Use the app's Backup button regularly; clearing browser data erases it.

Ownership

The apps and the Gold HQ software are created and owned by Nicholas James Edward Evans ("Owner"). Web Masters LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company doing business as ROI Systems, sells, delivers and supports them under license from the Owner and is the seller for every purchase. Buying a key gives your business a license to use the app; it never transfers ownership.
